The box office opens one hour prior to performances at the venue.

Tickets may be purchased from Desert Foothills Theater Box Office by visiting, 34250 N. 60th St, Orion Bldg, Scottsdale, AZ 85266 or by calling, 480-488-1981, Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or by navigating to the TICKETS tab on or website to purchase on-line.
Online tickets are available at DFTheater.org - your tickets will be emailed.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Personal Checks.

Please note: DFTheater.org website is the only internet site selling tickets to Desert Foothills Theater performances. No other sites have been authorized by Desert Foothills Theater management to sell, resell or auction tickets. We cannot track, refund or exchange any tickets that are not purchased through Desert Foothills Theater.
Tickets are priced by age category: Youth | General Admission
Youth are ages 4 - 12
Children under the age of 4 are not admitted to performances.
The only exceptions are for Youth Productions, camps, or youth activities which children aged 2 and up are allowed with a purchased ticket and accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket.
No babes in arms are permitted to any production.
General Admission is for anyone 13 and older

No refunds will be issued for unused tickets for any reason
Group ticket pricing is available for Desert Foothills Theater's regular season shows on both the Main Stage and in the Black Box. There are no group discounts for special events or other programming.
Discount for the Main Stage
10-20 people 10% discount
21-50 people 15% discount
51-100+ people 20% discount
Discounts for Black Box Theater
10-50 people 10% discount
51+ people 15% discount
Seats will not be held without payment. In order to get the discount, the indicated minimum number of seats in the category must be purchased in one transaction and paid for in one payment. Additional tickets may be added after that at the discounted rate. Even if added tickets bring the entire group to what would have been the next price level, additional discounts will not be given.
We recommend that you pay and reserve your seats as early as possible to get the best seating. This can be done in person at the Desert Foothills Theater Box Office, or with a credit card by phone during weekday box office hours.
All phone and mail order tickets will be held at will call or emailed unless other arrangements are made.
Those purchasing tickets online will have a digital copy of their tickets emailed to them for printing. However, you may present the email on your phone as your ticket for entrance to performances, with ID.
Patrons are asked to bring receipts from online purchases showing the account number, in the event of ticketing issues.
Tickets can be mailed for a $3 fee if ordered at least 2 weeks prior to the performance.
If unable to attend the show for which tickets were purchased, an exchange may be requested from the Box Office.
All exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets for a future performance of the same production.
Sold out Dates
In case of a sold-out show, a waiting list will be started one hour prior to curtain for that show only.
Released tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those on the waiting list.
Patrons on the waiting list must be present, in the foyer, when seats become available, or the purchase option passes to the next person on the list.
Complimentary tickets (Comps), or vouchers-due tickets not picked up by 10 minutes to curtain time may be released for sale.
If a performance is cancelled, tickets may be refunded, exchanged for another performance of the same production, or can be donated for a tax credit (see below).
Unused tickets may be donated to the theater for a tax credit if released at least 24 hours prior to the ticketed date. These donated tickets must be returned to the Box Office before a tax letter will be issued.
Donated tickets may not be exchanged.
Desert Foothills Theater will attempt to provide adequate advisement regarding content; however, we will not refund tickets based on dislike of content or audience interpretation. Season, schedule and artists are subject to change.
